Shipping & Delivery
Baby Gift Clouds will ship all orders within 5 to 7 business days after the receipt of a customer's order.
At this time Baby Gift Clouds only ships to addresses within the Continental USA. Our method of shipment is the US Postal Service "Priority Mail" which has an average delivery time of 2 to 3 days.
Our shipping rates are based upon the total weight of a customer's order. $7.00 is charged for the first pound and $1.75 is charged for each additional pound. Total shipping charges are displayed before a customer is required to enter their credit card information.Sales Tax
Baby Gift Clouds charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for all customers with a Billing Address within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Cancellation Policy
Should a customer of Baby Gift Clouds change their mind about a purchase before Baby Gift Clouds ships the product; Baby Gift Clouds will cancel the purchase and credit the customer´s credit card for the full amount, including tax and shiping. Should the customer change their mind about a purchase after Baby Gift Clouds ships the product; Baby Gift Clouds will credit the customer´s credit card for the full amount, including tax and original shipping upon the return of the purchased product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy - Our Guarantee
Baby Gift Clouds guarantees your 100% satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from us, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund of the item's cost; original shipping costs are not refundable.
Please return the item exactly as you received it, with all tags attached. No refunds will be issued for any clothing item(s) that has been worn, washed, tags removed or altered in any fashion. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for any item with a return shipping date of more than 15 days after the confirmed receipt of the item by the customer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund will be issued to your credit card within three (3) days of receipt of the returned item. Please allow an additional three to five days for the refund to be posted on your credit card statement.Void Where Prohibited
